John McAfee was a computer programmer and entrepreneur who was best known for creating the popular "McAfee" antivirus software in the 1980s. After leaving the company in the mid-1990s, he had a series of failed ventures before moving to Belize, where he became involved in a number of controversies and legal troubles, including being accused of murdering his neighbor.
McAfee was known for his eccentric personality, which was often fueled by his use of drugs and fascination with guns. He was also paranoid and claimed that the government was out to silence him. In recent years, he made headlines for being on the run from various countries, including the United States, and even ran for president in 2015 while still evading authorities.
In 2021, McAfee was found dead in Spain in an apparent suicide, though some speculate that he may have been murdered. Despite his controversial life and legal issues, McAfee was a complex figure who left a lasting impact on the tech industry and will be remembered for creating one of the most widely-used antivirus software programs in history. The more cards you purchase, the greater the chance of receiving a variation, but it does not guarantee one.
All cards are professionally printed on card stock just like the trading cards we all remember! Each measuring 2.5 x 3.5" and limited per release.
